#ProChoice Women who abort aren’t adulterers, thieves or murderers

A woman who seeks an abortion isn’t an adulterer as she has made no formal commitment to the z/e/f occupying her uterus. She also isn’t placing Craig’s list ads seeking other z/e/fs for moonlit walks on the beach or midnight romps in shady motels. A woman who seeks an abortion isn’t a thief as the only thing she seeks ownership of is her own body. It is impossible to logically claim theft of something so explicitly and solely belonging to oneself as one’s own body. And lastly, a woman who seeks an abortion isn’t a murderer, as murder involves malicious intent, and is never, ever confused with self defense in a court of law. A person who commits murder does so of his own free will, and never to retain or protect ownership of his body and his hand is never forced due to a biological process. Most importantly, murder is never deemed medically necessary and isn’t covered under health insurance.
